Your privacy is our utmost priority. Our app is designed with a "local-first" philosophy, meaning your personal interactions stay between you and your partner.

• Local Storage: All of your individual chat messages, uploaded images, and recorded audio notes are stored exclusively on your mobile device. We do not maintain a database of your private conversations. IMPORTANT: Deleting the app will permanently remove all locally stored chat history and voice data.
• User Profiles: Any personal information you provide (name, age, interests) is used solely to personalize the AI’s responses to you.

To provide the AI experience, the app must transmit certain data to third-party processing services:

• Google Gemini: When you send a text or an image, it is sent to Google Gemini’s servers for real-time processing and response generation. According to Google’s standard API policies, data sent through the API is used to generate a response and is typically not used to train their base models. However, we do not control Google's internal logs; you can review Google’s privacy documentation for their Generative AI services for further details.
• Audio Processing: Voice messages are processed through secure AI audio engines (such as Replicate or Google) to either transcribe your voice or generate the partner's voice response. These files are processed temporarily and are not stored by us.
• No Data Selling: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data or conversation history to third parties.

By using this app, you agree to the following conditions:

• AI Nature: You acknowledge that you are interacting with an Artificial Intelligence. The partner's responses are generated by a machine and do not represent the views or opinions of the app developers. The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected content.
• Subscription & Credits: "Pro" features (unlimited messaging and personas) are managed via your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Usage Limits: Free users are subject to daily message limits and restricted persona slots. Attempting to bypass these limits via technical manipulation is a violation of these terms.

4. USER CONDUCT

The app is intended for personal entertainment. You agree not to use the service to generate illegal content, harass others, or attempt to reverse-engineer the AI logic.
